Hip Hop Cycling is a very up-tempo, hip version of the traditional cycling class. The class mixes dancing with cycling on a bike with moves that are easy to follow with great music. This class is for everyone! We will show you the moves and you just follow along. Come and join in on the newest phenomenon going on in Grand Rapids!

HIP HOP BANDS
Thursdays at 6 pm
This class brings you a total body burn using bands on your legs while your dancing to great music. This workout will work your legs, butt, core, and abs!
