No Limit Fitness has been changing lives all over Kentwood since we were established in 2015. We believe that fitness is not a hobby, but a way of life. MY METHOD
Chris Woods: Owner and Trainer
I strive to make fitness fun by sponsoring and organizing 5k walks/runs for the community. I have developed fitness classes such as Hip Hop Cycling and Hip Hop Sweatbox. I am a graduate of Blue Heron Academy as a physical therapist & personal trainer. After graduating, I trained and managed Beck with gym for 17 years. I then moved to Champion Fitness where I worked as a personal trainer and class instructor for thirteen years. It has been my greatest joy working with, training, and educating the greater Grand Rapids, Kentwood, & Wyoming area.
